First $2000 cash takes it. Needs some work. I couldn't start the furnace and hot water heater but I didn't try hard so I don't know if the problem is minor or major. The roof leaked in the past and someone did repairs. The roof doesn't leak now. Needs some minor repairs to the siding. Fridge, stove, and microwave work. Trailer is registered.
