2001 Jayco 27 ft. with a 2 year old fridge (Norcold) circuit board for water heater, and water pump all replaced at the same time.
Trailer has never leaked and floors are firm.
Interior was redecorated by my wife in a retro 50s style. (not all items of décor are included) Unit has 2 solar panels and solar commander and a 12 volt marine deep cycle battery. Everything is working fine.
